NFG - Raid Rules & Expectations

1️⃣ Align with Guild Goals

NFG is mythic raiding with CE (8/8) goals.

We are looking for players who:
- Agree with our guilds code of conduct.
- Are actively looking to improve their play every raid session and not just be complacent with their performance.
- Take raid and their performance seriously, but are able to have a good vibe and still have a fun time.
- Look to do more than just raid log and help improve their level of play outside of raid.
- Mesh well with the group and are easy to work and communicate with.

2️⃣ Uphold Consistent Performance

A good player is one who:

Is not always one of the first members to die
Values doing mechanics correctly first and asks questions
Is not messing up mechanics well beyond progression fights
Uses the entirety of their kit without hand holding
Takes feedback well from leads and builds on it
Shows up prepared and on time every raid night
And on top of all these traits, has great throughput.

3️⃣ Attendance

Attendance is mandatory. We need reliable players who can show up week after week. If you are a great player but can't consistently show up for raid times, that is an issue for the mythic team.

At minimum, 24 hours notice is required if you have to be absent for a raid night.
You will show up early to raid nights (15 minutes) and be prepared with all consumables and enchants.
We expect a 95% attendance rate.

4️⃣ The Bench - Sitting & Subbing fights

NFG will maintain a roster of more than 20 people. Because of this, you may be asked to sit/sub on certain fights.
Sitting can happen for various reasons, including:

Performance metrics
Raid composition
Loot requirements / drop needs from a boss
Optimizing our raid group for best chance of killing a boss

By joining NFG you will respect leads regarding benching decisions.
We expect that even if you are sat for a fight you are still present at raid in Discord unless otherwise arranged.

5️⃣ Raid Preparation & Vault Requirements

We want members who do not only log in for raid alone. We require that all members of the raid team meet minimum vault filling expectations up through turbo-boost release (Generally half-patch).

3x dungeon vault rows @mythic tier (8x level-10 M+ dungeons)
After the release of turbo boost, you must have your gear maxed out no later than 2 weeks past the release date.

6️⃣ Loot Rules

If you get a BoE drop in a guild-run raid, it belongs to the guild and needs to traded to an officer. We will sell it to keep our guild repairs open and to continue providing consumables for the guild.
NFG uses the loot council system for raid drops. We will be using the RCLootCouncil AddOn.
You agree to respect the loot distribution decisions of the loot council by raiding with NFG.

🧪 Consumables

NFG will provide the following every raid night:

Combat Potions
Flasks
Vantus Runes
Food/Feasts

You are expected to come to raid night prepared with:

Extra consumables if required
Socketed jewelry (gems)
Fully enchanted equipment (Weapon/Chest/Legs/etc.)

📅 Schedule

NFG will be raiding mythic 2 nights a week, with occasional 3 night weeks, for 3 hours each night.
Three-night weeks will be required at the start of a tier, and as needed for finishing long progression fights.
